Warren Taylor Named TruView’s Vice President of Background Screening
TruView is pleased to announce that Warren Taylor has joined the company as Vice President of Background Screening. Warren brings to TruView 20 years of proven leadership experience in senior product development and executive operations within the background screening and data research industries. He will lead TruView’s high-performing Background Screening Division in its evolution as the premier provider in the industry for accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and client responsiveness.
Warren comes to TruView from Global HR Research (GHRR), a large employee screening services firm, where, as Senior Vice President for Operations, he led the aggressive growth of the company’s operational infrastructure and implemented change management strategies to install best practices and improve customer service, operational efficiencies, and capital asset allocation.
Warren spent 11 years with the background screening firm HireRight, first as Director of Operations for Transportation and then elevating within the organization to direct Background, Verifications, & Drug & Occupational Health Solutions units. From 2015 to 2020, as Senior Director of Operations – Americas, Warren directed 1,100 employees worldwide in overseeing the company’s complete background screening portfolio across North and South America, generating over 80% of company revenue. He initiated strategies to develop organizational leadership, improve internal business knowledge, and increase employee engagement while improving service levels, market performance, and asset allocation. Prior to HireRight, Warren spent over a decade with ChoicePoint, Inc., as its Assistant Vice President of Product Development, where he managed product development for a portfolio of over 200 public record-based products. When the company was acquired by LexisNexis, he directed new product development and marketing for the company’s motor vehicle record division servicing the property and casualty insurance market.
