TruView welcomes Bruce Arella to its Advisory Board. As a member of the Advisory Board, Bruce provides strategic leadership in business, financial planning, real estate, and capital structure, as well as in growth strategies for new markets and industries.

Bruce is the Founder/Principal of BSCA Solutions, providing consulting services to entrepreneurs, family offices, and CEOs on strategy, business profitability, real estate, and direct investments. As an active family offices investor, he is involved in sourcing operators and utilizing due diligence expertise in real estate investments. Bruce was a Partner and the Head of Real Estate Investments at We Family Offices, with over $10 billion of assets under advisement for over 60 ultra-high-net-worth families. As a member of the Strategic Investment and Implementation Committee, he oversaw the firm’s real estate activities, including sourcing real estate funds, structuring potential direct joint ventures, and working with the firm’s clients.

Bruce was a Partner and President of the New York Office at Genspring Family Offices, a multi-family office with over $20 billion in assets. During his tenure, Genspring became one of the world’s foremost multi-family offices, ranked the Number One RIA by Forbes in 2011. He built and managed the New York practice from zero to $2.5 billion assets under management, with 39% profit margins.

Since 2003, Bruce has been a Board Member of the family-owned Unity International Group, one of the top 20 electrical and data construction firms in the United States. He is also a Board member and Co-Founder of Claybrook Capital Management, LLC, an independent registered investment advisory firm, where he advises on strategic direction, M&A, and real estate activities. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics from Long Island University. He completed the Executive Education in Family Wealth at Columbia University Business School. He is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute and holds the series 66 license.
