TruView’s Nick Auletta and Lisa Worgull at the NAPBS Mid-Year Conference

TruView’s Lisa Worgull, Managing Director – Background Screening, was elected Co-Chair of the Educational Resources Committee by the membership at the annual National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) 2018 Mid-Year Conference. In this prominent position, Lisa will help lead the Committee in fulfilling the NAPBS goal to be the “go to” source of expert knowledge for the screening profession, globally.

The NAPBS Educational Resources Committee is charged with enhancing educational resources for all Association members, increasing educational opportunities for policy makers, and increasing educational opportunities for consumers and end-users. Consistent with the Association’s strategic goals, the Committee Co-Chairs lead and review the reporting of sub-committees and task forces, bringing recommendations to the NAPBS Board of Directors.

Lisa is the key leader in TruView’s background screening program, instrumental in TruView’s growth in size, capabilities, and service. Operating from our California, she oversees all screening operations. Lisa has over 20 years of background screening executive management experience and expertise, including in legal compliance, Client and vendor relationships, quality control, technology management and implementation, background screening database design and analysis, team building, and policy developments.
