The expanded TruView background screening platform now integrates three of the largest labs in the United States—LabCorp, Quest, and Medtox—into one single, intuitive ordering site. This gives Clients and applicants real-time web access to a vast network of collection sites and testing laboratories across all 50 states, including after-hours collection sites, clinics with extended hours coverage, hospital emergency room services, and mobile collectors, for 24/7/365 coverage.

TruView provides one convenient, web-based portal for easy registration and viewing. All stages of a drug test transaction can be viewed, from initial report to result reporting. The system provides automated data pre-fill for forms, easy user access controls and a user-friendly self-serve feature for applicants to schedule tests, real-time status updates, online dashboard views, email updates, online support, and transparent compliance. Our system ensures secure electronic information transfer between TruView and authorized users.

Test results are secure, confidential, and fast. The chain of custody is electronic: online and real-time. The program automatically sends instructions about the drug screen to the donor with all the details about the event. Missed appointments are tracked. The time of collection, as well as specimen status, can be monitored 24/7 from any internet connection. Turnaround times are improved and the applicant does not have to bring a chain-of-custody form to the clinic. TruView’s transparency brings Clients peace of mind.

Medical Review Officers (MROs) notify students of positive, substitute, or adulterated test results, scrutinizing lab results, and verifying legitimate medical explanations for the substance(s) present.  The donor can always call if a prescription could have caused a positive result. MROs remain current with SAMHSA guidelines and industry best practices.

Written reports for all tests performed are delivered within three business days after the specimen is produced. To protect applicants, specimens and test request forms will only contain applicant ID number, date of specimen submission, and the test or tests required. All completed laboratory reports are reviewed and initialed by a licensed laboratory supervisor.

Pre-Placement and Post-Offer Physical Exams

With a nationwide network of certified physicians and medical specialists in conveniently located medical facilities across all 50 states, TruView now offers pre-placement and post-offer physical exams. Ordering and case management are integrated on the TruView platform. Our comprehensive physical exam services assist our Clients in facilitating injury reduction and health maintenance programs, as well as in managing the administrative costs associated with regulatory compliance. They include:

  • Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non-DOT Physicals
  • Vaccines

With TruView, there is no separate platform; ordering options are from the same platform as drug screening. Efficient results are tracked and delivered online (often within 24 hours, for electronic testing). Tests are verified and certified by a Medical Review Officer. Clients can choose their own lab and clinic location providers or use one of 600 nationwide locations, and customized service combinations can be created, based on Client policies.
